MoneyFlair Media Ltd is the data controller responsible for any personal information collected via https://www.moneyflair.co.uk. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

• Analytics: aggregated, privacy-respecting metrics about page views and traffic sources via Plausible Analytics. We do not use cookies for analytics and we do not collect IP addresses in personally identifiable form.
• Newsletter: if you subscribe, your email address and the date you subscribed. Stored with our email service provider and used only to send the newsletter.
• Email correspondence: any details you include when emailing us.
• Server logs: standard web server logs (request URL, status, user agent) retained for 30 days for security purposes.

Lawful basis

• Newsletter and direct correspondence: your consent (Article 6(1)(a))
• Analytics: legitimate interest in measuring our content's performance (Article 6(1)(f))
• Server logs: legitimate interest in site security

Sharing

We share data only with the third-party processors required to operate this site: our hosting provider, email service provider, and analytics provider. We do not sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

Your rights

Retention

Newsletter subscriptions are retained while you remain subscribed and for 6 months after unsubscribe for legal record-keeping. Server logs are retained for 30 days.
